Today's recipe features Chicken Burgers, an easy weeknight meal that also satisfies your taste buds. The first time I made this, I was skeptical about how flavorful the burgers would actually be, but this recipe proved me wrong. Use fresh bread crumbs and you will be delighted at how tasty and moist, not to mention healthy, these burgers are. Enjoy!
FYI: They are a little messy to make but well worth it!
Potato-Wrapped Halibut with Sauteed Spinach. I admit I haven't tried this recipe yet, but I love halibut and the picture looks good. Sorry, I'm guilty of judging a recipe by it's cover. Find the entire recipe here.
Deviled Chicken Drumsticks. Need I say more? These are THE BEST, THE TASTIEST drumsticks that you will ever eat. And guess what? They're made in the oven, which means they're healthier than fried chicken and way easier to clean up. I use honey mustard instead of the dijon mustard--I just like the sweetness of the honey mustard better. The cayenne pepper gives it a nice kick, but if you're not a fan of spiciness, then just lessen the amount of cayenne pepper or leave it out. This recipe also works well with chicken tenders--just pop them in the oven for about 10 minutes and they're done! Click here to view the full recipe on Epicurious.com.
I'm always wearing slippers inside to keep my toes warm, so I thought it was about time that I designed some cute ones myself. I hope you'll visit my shop to look at my new collection of Mary Jane and Ballet Slippers.
You know that game you play with little kids? The one where you point to an animal and then ask them what sound the animal makes? Well, if someone pointed to these fine specimens, I'm not sure if I would know whether to moo, oink, or bark. My best guess would be whatever sound truffle hunting pigs make.
