The Search For the Perfect Tote

So, I've been searching for the perfect tote bag, but I can't seem to make up my mind.  I'm a big fan of Tory Burch accessories, and here are 3 of my faves from her line.  Which one is your favorite?

This is the Mini Printed Tory Tote.  I love the gray with bold bursts of red.

This one is cute because it reminds me of a watermelon.  It's called the Printed North South Tory Tote.

I just love the navy and pink together here.  So tropical and chic...beach anyone??

Recipe Wednesday

Deviled Chicken Drumsticks.  Need I say more?  These are THE BEST, THE TASTIEST drumsticks that you will ever eat.  And guess what?  They're made in the oven, which means they're healthier than fried chicken and way easier to clean up.  I use honey mustard instead of the dijon mustard--I just like the sweetness of the honey mustard better.  The cayenne pepper gives it a nice kick, but if you're not a fan of spiciness, then just lessen the amount of cayenne pepper or leave it out.  This recipe also works well with chicken tenders--just pop them in the oven for about 10 minutes and they're done!  Click here to view the full recipe on

New Mary Jane and Ballet Slippers

I'm always wearing slippers inside to keep my toes warm, so I thought it was about time that I designed some cute ones myself.  I hope you'll visit my shop to look at my new collection of Mary Jane and Ballet Slippers.

You know that game you play with little kids?  The one where you point to an animal and then ask them what sound the animal makes?  Well, if someone pointed to these fine specimens, I'm not sure if I would know whether to moo, oink, or bark.  My best guess would be whatever sound truffle hunting pigs make.

And one more just for good measure...

There are no words to describe this.  I would totally get this for Linus, but I'm pretty sure his giant ears would not fit under the hat.  Available at NurdBunny.

Speaking of Inspiration and Bold Colors...

Look what just arrived in the mail!  A package from one of my absolute favorite stores in New York, Purl.  This gorgeous fabric is by Amy Butler.  I just love the bold prints and colors.  The middle fabric is named Kiwi mosaic.  So cute!  I feel a serious addiction coming on...

This cashmere and merino wool yarn is to die for.  It's so soft it just melts in your hands.  Is that weird that I just described yarn as butter?

Daily Inspiration: Bold Bursts of Color

I can just envision all the cute doggy sweaters in different colors...

I love hot pink, and I especially love these flowers.

This color combo is just delicious!

Geek Chic Dog Sweater

Just another day in a model's life...  Lookin' so good is such hard work.

Free Shipping on all Ava Fingerless Gloves

These beauties all have free shipping!  Visit Mulberry Street to shop.

Bow Neck Warmer

Wow, bud.  If this doesn't show off how svelte you are, then I don't know what does...  That pink with the big 'ol bow just does wonders for your triple chin AND your masculinity.

In Bloom Neck Warmer

Here's Linus again, using his awesome modeling skills to show off the "In Bloom Dog Neckwarmer."  Can't you see his enthusiasm??  While he wasn't too thrilled about wearing hot pink, he was super psyched about his "payment" of cheerios.  He prefers honey nut.

The "I'm Too Cute Dog Sweater"

Here's Linus, my 2-year-old Frenchie, modeling one of his newest creations.  He loves wearing it indoors, to get his dog sweat on, and outdoors, when it's cool outside.  He thinks the blue brings out his eyes.

Linus Gets His Own Canine Line

Linus has been begging me (literally) for weeks now to start his own clothing line.  Since I didn't need much convincing to dress this cutie up and take ridiculous photos of him, I gave in pretty fast.  So, here it is--Linus' Line!
