Recipe Wednesday

Treebeard's Artichoke Dip.  This recipe is a definite crowd pleaser.  You'll want to eat it with a spoon right out of the dish!

1 (14-ounce) can of artichoke hearts, rinsed, dried, and cut into small pieces
1 cup of mayonnaise
8 slices of cooked bacon, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.  Serve with crackers or bread.  For a healthier version, use low fat mayo and turkey bacon.


  1. I think I will try this recipe next Thursday when the Hubsters buddies come over for card night. Yes, I am graced with his card cronies every couple of months on a Thursday...thank god they alternate houses....!
