Recipe Wednesday

Treebeard's Artichoke Dip.  This recipe is a definite crowd pleaser.  You'll want to eat it with a spoon right out of the dish!

Ingredients:
1 (14-ounce) can of artichoke hearts, rinsed, dried, and cut into small pieces
1 cup of mayonnaise
8 slices of cooked bacon, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.  Serve with crackers or bread.  For a healthier version, use low fat mayo and turkey bacon.

Dress to Impress

I recently discovered this amazing designer on etsy.  Her name is Holly Stalder, and I am totally in love with all of her dresses.

Love the back on this dress.  The ruffles are the perfect touch, and the fact that this dress can be worn with or without the sash is the icing on the cake.

This would be the cutest little beach wedding dress!  But, since I'm not planning on having another wedding, I think I might order this one in a different color or fabric type.  Perfect for summer!

The bold color and layered ruffles say it all...

cute, cute, cute...

Recipe Wednesday

Potato-Wrapped Halibut with Sauteed Spinach.  I admit I haven't tried this recipe yet, but I love halibut and the picture looks good.  Sorry, I'm guilty of judging a recipe by it's cover.  Find the entire recipe here.

The Cute Kerchief

Linus took a break from sunbathing and playing keep away with the ball to take some shots.  The Cute Kerchief comes in different color combinations and is available in my shop.
