Today's recipe features Chicken Burgers, an easy weeknight meal that also satisfies your taste buds. The first time I made this, I was skeptical about how flavorful the burgers would actually be, but this recipe proved me wrong. Use fresh bread crumbs and you will be delighted at how tasty and moist, not to mention healthy, these burgers are. Enjoy!

FYI: They are a little messy to make but well worth it!

Treebeard's Artichoke Dip. This recipe is a definite crowd pleaser. You'll want to eat it with a spoon right out of the dish!

Ingredients:

1 (14-ounce) can of artichoke hearts, rinsed, dried, and cut into small pieces

1 cup of mayonnaise

8 slices of cooked bacon, cut into small pieces

1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread. For a healthier version, use low fat mayo and turkey bacon.

I recently discovered this amazing designer on etsy. Her name is Holly Stalder, and I am totally in love with all of her dresses.

Love the back on this dress. The ruffles are the perfect touch, and the fact that this dress can be worn with or without the sash is the icing on the cake.

This would be the cutest little beach wedding dress! But, since I'm not planning on having another wedding, I think I might order this one in a different color or fabric type. Perfect for summer!

So, I've been searching for the perfect tote bag, but I can't seem to make up my mind. I'm a big fan of Tory Burch accessories, and here are 3 of my faves from her line. Which one is your favorite?

This is the Mini Printed Tory Tote. I love the gray with bold bursts of red.

This one is cute because it reminds me of a watermelon. It's called the Printed North South Tory Tote.

I just love the navy and pink together here. So tropical and chic...beach anyone??

Deviled Chicken Drumsticks. Need I say more? These are THE BEST, THE TASTIEST drumsticks that you will ever eat. And guess what? They're made in the oven, which means they're healthier than fried chicken and way easier to clean up. I use honey mustard instead of the dijon mustard--I just like the sweetness of the honey mustard better. The cayenne pepper gives it a nice kick, but if you're not a fan of spiciness, then just lessen the amount of cayenne pepper or leave it out. This recipe also works well with chicken tenders--just pop them in the oven for about 10 minutes and they're done! Click here to view the full recipe on Epicurious.com.

Look what just arrived in the mail! A package from one of my absolute favorite stores in New York, Purl. This gorgeous fabric is by Amy Butler. I just love the bold prints and colors. The middle fabric is named Kiwi mosaic. So cute! I feel a serious addiction coming on...

This cashmere and merino wool yarn is to die for. It's so soft it just melts in your hands. Is that weird that I just described yarn as butter?
